Iyengar Workshop with Dize this November
Yoga Lova is so excited to be hosting Dize Watson again for an intensive Iyengar workshop this coming November.
Dize, is one of South Africa’s most experienced Iyengar yoga teachers. She was privileged to have learnt with Faeq Biria, an incredible Iyengar Master teacher in France, for nearly 18 years. Her understanding of the yoga asanas and more importantly, her ability to apply her vast knowledge to her teaching is unsurpassed.
