Boost your start into Spring this year and join Mel for 4-day early morning Intensives...





Spring is a time of renewal, growth and inspiration. It is a time when we naturally start to have more energy and revive ourselves through the warmth of the summer sun and the gorgeous unfolding of nature around us. Spring allows us to clean up the winter cob-webs and start fresh. From Tuesday September 1 2015 - Friday September 4 2015, Mel will be doing early morning classes from 06h00 - 07h00 to kickstart and boost your start into Spring.


For those of you doing the annual Yoga Lova Spring Renewal Challenge, this will be an easy way to get in 4 of the 10 required classes for the challenge right at the beginning of Spring. 

Details of the Intensive are as follows. Classes will be charged at R100 per class. You do not need to do all 4 classes, but to feel the full energy of Spring, it is recommended. To book your place at any of the following Intensive,  please email nadine@yoga-lova.com 


TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 1: 06H00 – 07H00
Dynamic Flow
This Vinyasa flow class is a vigorous practice with dynamic movement from one posture to the next, using the rhythm of each inhale and exhale. Modifications will be provided for postures and flows but a basic knowledge of standing postures is recommended for a safe and productive class. Advanced postures may be practiced but participants are encouraged to work at their own level. A fun class with a mixed bag of tricks, giving you a sneak preview of what’s to come.

WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 2: 06H00 – 07H00
Heartstrings
Backbending at its best, experience your heart open, be enticed to feel more and to create compassion for your own practice.
As we bend over backwards we learn to become venerable and open up to beautiful experiences of the heart. Come learn how Forrest Yoga carefully and strategically warms and opens the body so that you can backbend with ease and freedom.

THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 3: 06H00 – 07H00
Twerkshop
Loosening tight hips -  A long and hard journey, but well worth the work. Get stuck into the depths of your pelvis, our metaphysical storage space.
A deep release class that will leave you feeling free and spacious on the inside.

FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 4: 06H00 – 07H00
Defy Gravity – Surf the Wave of Vinyasa
Fascinated by weightlessness? Then ride the waves of gravity! Gravity surfing teaches you to change your relationship with gravity. No longer is gravity a drag, but a wave to ride! In this session you will learn the fundamentals of lift-off, moving through the air with grace, and landing with precision and lightness
